A school district near Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite position during the 20252026 school year. The role will primarily serve an elementary caseload and is open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPsCCC certification is not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students

Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

Monitor student progress and adapt interventions accordingly

Attend and participate in IEP and team meetings
Candidate Requirements

Active Virginia SLP Licensure

Open to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) CCCs are not required

Prior experience with school-aged populations is a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Must be available for onsite work only no remote or hybrid options
